About The Position

Hogsalt is looking for a full time Senior Events Coordinator to join our team! As the Senior Events Coordinator, you will be guiding clients through every stage of the event process-from planning to post-event follow-up. You will play a key role in building lasting relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless event execution through close collaboration with internal teams. This position requires a strategic, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and brand excellence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in events and catering
  • Proficiency in Tripleseat and related event management software
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, both FOH and BOH
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to provide on-site event support as needed
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Collaborate with clients to create one of a kind and memorable events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Assist with site/planning visits, tastings, and client meetings with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Attend networking events and represent the brand in the community to increase visibility.
  • Develop customized proposals, contracts, and event packages aligned with client needs and revenue goals.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Liaise with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Oversee event details including menu selections, AV requirements, floor plans, and special requests.
  • Supervise on-site event execution when required, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales or event staff.
  • Uphold company service standards and brand image throughout the client journey.
  • Solicit and analyze client feedback to improve event offerings and guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal requirements.
