About The Position
The Events Coordinator will manage the scheduling, event coordination, and calendars for multiple campus venues and facilities using a computerized reservation system. This role is part of the Student Union Events team, which supports the student union's mission and the greater mission pertaining to events and programming on campus. The team serves various populations across campus and beyond, including students, departments, and community organizations. They act as venue experts and event process liaisons to event organizers, creating safe and welcoming spaces for students to gather.
