About The Position
The Events Coordinator will serve as the SMPA liaison to tournament directors and coaches during sports events/programming/rentals. The Event Coordinator will work closely with internal departments to successfully accomplish these responsibilities. The position is full-time and exempt, reporting to the Events Director. The role involves aligning with the venue's mission and core values, using facility management software, coordinating program registration, supervising part-time team members, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing day-to-day operations.
