Events & Community Lead
About The Position
We are partnering with a rapidly growing, founder-centric firm as they search for an Events & Community Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping the in-person experiences that define its network. This individual will sit at the intersection of operations, community, and brand - owning the strategy and execution of high-touch events that bring together founders, alumni, investors, and partners. The right candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, sweats the details, and understands how thoughtfully designed experiences can deepen relationships and strengthen a community over time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate venues, travel, schedules, and run-of-show materials to deliver seamless experiences
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to elevate the overall founder journey
- Develop themes, source speakers, and design meaningful programming that fosters connection
- Lead planning and execution for major external conferences, including international founder delegations
- Coordinate schedules, curated introductions, private dinners, and high-value 1:1 interactions
