About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth event operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events.
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
  • Support the preparation of event materials, including schedules, promotional content, and equipment.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Provide on-site support during events to oversee setup, operations, and breakdown.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to event expenses and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align events with company goals and branding.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
