About the position

We are seeking an organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
  • Support event managers in managing schedules, vendors, and logistics
  • Ensure event materials, equipment, and supplies are prepared and delivered on time
  • Assist with venue setup and breakdown during events
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • Handle event registrations, attendee communication, and other administrative tasks
  • Manage on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs according to plan
  • Provide post-event support, including gathering feedback and reporting on event success

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
