Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support both event coordination and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to gain hands-on experience in event planning and sales operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, and supplies
• Maintain and update client records, sales data, and event details
