About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Events and Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting with the planning, execution, and management of various events while also supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets and foster client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience or strong interest in event planning and sales support roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception through to completion.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Manage communications with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details.
  • Help organize logistics such as venue booking, catering, and equipment for events.
