Job Summary: Renewal by Andersen is seeking a driven Events & Retail Supervisor to lead our high-performing marketing team. Our Events & Retail Team plays a critical role in generating leads at retail locations, trade shows, and community events. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating your team to maximize lead generation efforts while ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event-based lead generation
• Strong leadership and coaching skills – Ability to train and motivate a team
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Representatives to maximize lead generation at retail stores, events, and trade shows
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed lead generation goals
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members to maintain strong staffing levels
• Maintain relationships with store owners and event coordinators to secure and expand marketing opportunities
• Ensure all retail locations and events are properly stocked with necessary marketing materials and supplies
• Partner with the Retail/Events Marketing Manager to align strategies and optimize team performance
