The Events and Promotional Item Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s community presence and brand visibility through the coordination of external events and the management of promotional items. This position ensures that promotional materials are organized, high-quality, and strategically deployed, while also supporting seamless on-site execution of community and partner events. Reporting to the Community Relationship Manager and trained by the Community Outreach Specialist, this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate logistics in fast-paced, public-facing environments. This position requires travel within Kansas City and other market locations as needed, the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and a deep understanding of the city’s culture and traditions.
