Our team members are at the center of our success, and we are seeking talented individuals to join our team and be part of the growth of Payless Kitchen & Bath company. We’re looking for an Event Marketing Representative within our Marketing and Promotions Department – as a marketing representative, you will have conversations with homeowners at trade shows, events, festivals, fairs and expos, and retail locations, to generate appointments for our in-home sales team. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ years’ experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience
Outgoing personality, extroverted and friendly personality
self-motivated and a strong work ethic
Persuasive and results oriented
Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
You will travel to and from the listed events with setup items, so reliable transportation is required.
Clean criminal background and drug free required

Responsibilities

Engage Prospects: Initiate conversations with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments.
You will schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss their kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs
Learn & execute our scripts
Attend monthly department meetings and other company meetings
