Responsibilities

  • Enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records and answer guest inquiries.
  • Transmit information or documents using various methods including computer and mail.
  • Operate standard office equipment and prepare documents using word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distribution.
  • Create and maintain filing systems for records and documents.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions.
  • Use computers and point of sale systems to locate work-related information.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, addressing their service needs and thanking them appropriately.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, preparing written documents accurately.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and support common goals.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
