This role will support the delivery of the technology strategic roadmap that enables exceptional meeting and event experiences for Amazonians worldwide. You will be the administrative owner of Global Travel and Events' suite of event management technology, working at the intersection of technical innovation and business strategy. Over the next 3-5 years, you'll help shape and implement solutions that flex and respond to the evolving needs of our global program while maintaining best-in-class service delivery. As the Event Technology Program Manager, you will play a key role in converting the needs of M&E global service delivery, operations, business strategy leads and Amazonian event organizers into system enhancements and amendments. You'll ensure our Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) and event delivery platforms not only meet but exceed expectations, while driving continuous improvement through customer feedback and industry innovation.
