About The Position
Girls Inc. of Greater Miami is inviting current Power Hour participants to apply to serve as Event Support Team members at our annual Fuel Her Fire Gala . This is a paid opportunity to gain real-world event experience while representing Girls Inc. in a professional setting! Participants selected will support event operations and help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.
Requirements
- Must be a current Power Hour participant
- Must be at least 16 years old by March 5, 2026
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the event location
- Must be available for the full shift: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Must follow dress code (cocktail attire) and professionalism expectations (details provided upon selection)
Responsibilities
- Assisting with guest check-in and registration
- Supporting silent auction or raffle tables
- Guiding guests to designated areas
- Assisting with set-up and light breakdown
- Providing general event support as directed by staff
- Representing Girls Inc. with professionalism and courtesy
