Event Supervisor
About The Position

The Classic Center is looking for energetic, detail-oriented Event Supervisors to help bring events to life—from concerts and conferences to galas and game nights. Why You’ll Love This Role: You’ll be the go-to person during live events, making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work directly with clients, staff, and vendors to turn plans into reality. You’ll gain hands-on experience in event logistics, staffing, and client relations. You’ll build leadership skills that look great on a résumé and feel even better in action. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for solving problems on the fly.
- Leadership potential and a collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and irregular schedules.
Nice To Haves
- Currently enrolled in a college program related to Event Planning, Hospitality, or Entertainment Management (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Help plan and execute events from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and make it happen.
- Coordinate staffing and equipment needs (think lights, mics, tables, and more).
- Create event layouts and outlines that keep everything organized.
- Be the friendly face and problem-solver during events.
- Occasionally serve as Manager on Duty—yes, you’ll be in charge!
