The Experience Manager at Puppies & Yoga is a part-time, hybrid role responsible for ensuring smooth operations of yoga classes and managing the studio during the week. This position combines customer service, organizational skills, and studio management to create a joyful experience for clients while overseeing studio rentals and staff coordination.

  • Ensure the seamless execution of each class and address any issues that arise, making sure all participants have an exceptional experience.
  • Manage the schedules of all staff members, including yoga teachers, breeders, and cleaning staff.
  • Oversee supplies for the studio such as yoga mats, paper towels, toys, and cleaning supplies.
  • Receive and organize packages, ensuring everything is in place for the classes.
  • Work closely with the founders to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Hire, train, and lead a dedicated staff team to support the studio's operations.
  • Create and continuously improve the vibe and decoration in the studio to enhance the overall experience.
  • Open the studio to clients during the week and manage the space.
  • Strong customer service skills and a great sense of service.
  • Weekend availability to work most weekends.
  • Flexible availability during weekdays to coordinate with renters.
  • High hygiene sensitivity to maintain a clean and pleasant studio environment.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues quickly.
  • Having a car for ease of commuting and managing errands is a plus.
  • Experience in yoga or related fields.
  • Background in event management or studio operations.
