We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of a variety of events. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and efficiently, leaving a positive impression on attendees. This position requires individuals who are adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event staffing or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects as needed during setup and breakdown.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces according to event specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and clients throughout the event.
• Manage registration and check-in processes for guests.
• Assist with the coordination of event activities and schedules of speakers or entertainers.
• Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in proper working order before the event starts.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues that may arise during the event.
