This position is an occasional position. The pay for this position is $20.00/hr.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a high school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions and ask any pertinent questions
Nice To Haves
- Previous event work, a plus
- Previous guest service experience, a plus
Responsibilities
- Event Setup/Breakdown/Cleanup
- Moving chairs, tables, etc.
- Setting up movie screen and sound system for movie night
- Selling popcorn, candy, soda, etc.
- Possible ‘runners’ for band needs
- Event Security Assistance
- Set up of fencing and other security measures
- Monitoring exits to ensure guests are not leaving venue with alcohol or entering without a ticket; we will provide all training for any security needs
