About The Position

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team, tasked with organizing and executing a variety of events ranging from corporate gatherings to large festivals. As an integral part of our events team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed, providing an enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event coordination or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and attendees during events
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
• Assist in managing event logistics, including scheduling and transportation
• Monitor event activities and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly
