Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds as needed for event setups.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service or event-related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including chairs, tables, and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
Monitor event schedules to ensure everything runs on time and assist coordinators as needed.
Help with registration processes, checking in guests, and distributing materials or event swag.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the duration of the event.
Communicate effectively with team members and event organizers to ensure a collaborative environment.
