As an integral part of our event operations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to attendees by providing excellent customer service and supporting event logistics from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up event venues including arranging furniture and equipment.
Welcome and register attendees upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Provide clear directions and information about event schedules and locations.
Monitor event areas to maintain safety and security standards.
Support event organizers with on-site logistics and coordination.
Distribute materials such as programs, badges, or promotional items to guests.
