About The Position

Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of Events Staff for an upcoming high-volume, functional sporting event in Kissimmee, Florida, taking place from Wednesday, March 25, 2026, to Sunday, March 29, 2026. This is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster, as the Orlando area is an active market for us, and we will have additional opportunities in 2026. We provide a fun, collaborative, and positive work environment! Job Description This event is a contact sport e and will be held at the Silver Spurs Arena (1875 Silver Spur Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34744) Staff will be responsible for operating client-specific tournament software, real-time scorekeeping via tablets, and floor operations. High technical proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly are required. Pay is $21/hour - we pay weekly via direct deposit! Parking is at the venue for $10/day Staff must wear a black collared shirt and black slacks with comfortable black shoes. Please note: This is a live combat sports tournament. The environment is loud, high-energy, and physically intense. Staff must be comfortable working in proximity to live matches where contact-sport realities, including minor injuries, blood, and active EMT presence, are standard. A professional, composed, and focused demeanor is required at all times to ensure the safety and accuracy of the event. Requirements

• Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
• Strong technical aptitude: Must be comfortable navigating tablet-based apps and inputting data accurately in a fast-paced, live environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
• Limited phone use during shifts.
• Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
• Must be available to work all days

• Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
