As a Event Staff Supervisor you will play a key leadership role in delivering a safe, friendly, and memorable experience for every guest. You will oversee and support team members in various roles—including ushers, ticket scanners, greeters, and concourse customer service staff—while ensuring that each area of the arena operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include training, coaching, and supervising staff, responding to guest concerns, and maintaining high service standards across all touchpoints. With a strong focus on safety, communication, and guest satisfaction, you'll help create an atmosphere where fans feel welcome, informed, and excited to return. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00.
