Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Reliable forms of communication and transportation
LEVEL 2 SECURITY LICENSE (Level II Training & Exam provided for free. All applicants are required to apply, pass exam, submit to fingerprinting, and criminal background check.)
A strong customer-service attitude and professional appearance
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
The ability to understand and interpret credentials, documents, signs, rules, policies, and instructions
The ability to communicate effectively with clients, patrons and other employees
The ability to multi-task, cross-train and learn new skills quickly
The ability to remain calm and level-headed under high-pressure situations
Full physical and mental dexterity with the ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, hear, see and speak English clearly
The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time (shift duration)
The ability to lift 25lbs

Responsibilities

Ensure Safety & Comfort: Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and event personnel.
Monitor Access Points: Oversee entry and exit areas, keeping events running smoothly and securely.
Bag Checks & Screening: Perform routine searches to ensure prohibited items don’t make their way into the venue.
Guide Guests: Help guests find their seats, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
Manage Access Routes: Keep walkways and traffic areas clear for smooth, uninterrupted access.
Handle Complaints: Address and resolve guest concerns according to venue policies and procedures.
Enforce Policies: Ensure all rules are followed, and report any suspicious activity immediately.
Assist in Emergencies: Aid in the orderly evacuation of the venue when necessary.
Escort Services: Provide security escorts as required per event protocols.
