About The Position

Ensure Safety & Comfort: Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and event personnel. Monitor Access Points: Oversee entry and exit areas, keeping events running smoothly and securely. Bag Checks & Screening: Perform routine searches to ensure prohibited items don’t make their way into the venue. Guide Guests: Help guests find their seats, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience. Manage Access Routes: Keep walkways and traffic areas clear for smooth, uninterrupted access. Handle Complaints: Address and resolve guest concerns according to venue policies and procedures. Enforce Policies: Ensure all rules are followed, and report any suspicious activity immediately. Assist in Emergencies: Aid in the orderly evacuation of the venue when necessary. Escort Services: Provide security escorts as required per event protocols. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Reliable forms of communication and transportation
  • LEVEL 2 SECURITY LICENSE (Level II Training & Exam provided for free. All applicants are required to apply, pass exam, submit to fingerprinting, and criminal background check.)
  • A strong customer-service attitude and professional appearance
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to understand and interpret credentials, documents, signs, rules, policies, and instructions
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients, patrons and other employees
  • The ability to multi-task, cross-train and learn new skills quickly
  • The ability to remain calm and level-headed under high-pressure situations
  • Full physical and mental dexterity with the ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, hear, see and speak English clearly
  • The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time (shift duration)
  • The ability to lift 25lbs
  • Flexible availability is required.
