The Brand Experiences team at Hallmark is dedicated to creating large-scale, emotionally resonant experiences that bring the brand to life for fans and consumers. From the Hallmark Christmas Cruise to the Hallmark Christmas Experience, we design and deliver immersive, joy-filled moments that deepen brand love and build lasting connections with audiences. We are experience architects and strategic storytellers who translate Hallmark’s iconic brand into real-world events that celebrate connection, inspire joy, and bring the brand’s emotional essence to life. Our work is high-profile, high-impact, and deeply rooted in creating meaningful moments that resonate with fans and leave lasting impressions. The Event Specialist supports the planning and execution of key consumer facing brand experiences, with a primary focus on the Hallmark Christmas Cruise, the Hallmark Stars Live theatre tour, and future brand experiences. This role ensures the Hallmark brand is expressed consistently and meaningfully across these high-profile experiences by providing strong logistical, operational, and partner coordination support. Working closely with the Brand Experiences Manager, Event Consultants, and cross-functional partners, the Event Specialist assists with project planning, vendor coordination, attendee management, and onsite execution. This role contributes to delivering events that deepen consumer engagement, elevate brand perception, and drive business results.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • At least 1 year professional work experience planning and managing events
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (teams, outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Event management certification
  • Prior experience organizing large- and small-scale events
  • Bachelor’s degree with business, marketing, or communication emphasis
  • Experience with event technology systems
  • Exemplary communication (verbal, written, consulting) and organizational skills
  • Can manage multiple priorities and details
  • Can be effective in a fast paced, high volume of change environment that requires real-time adjustment and problem solving
  • Effectively works with diverse audiences
  • Personal leadership skills as strong as technical event skills: self-motivated, high degree of personal accountability, leads beyond their role, resilient and positive attitude
