About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Event Specialist, Coordinator, or similar role in event planning and management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, and social gatherings.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, requirements, and budgets.
Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors such as venues, caterers, audio-visual suppliers, and decorators.
Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown to guarantee smooth operation and attendee satisfaction.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are achieved without compromising quality.
