About The Position
With more than 25 years in business, Prime NuFace Home Improvements is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We specialize in custom bath remodeling solutions that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free—designed to improve the lives of the homeowners we serve. We are seeking Brand Ambassadors / Event Demonstrators for the Berlin, CT market and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our products, and securing sales leads for our team. This position offers hourly pay plus bonuses based on qualified appointments.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to events
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Weekend availability required

Responsibilities
- Attract visitors and staff booths at shows and events
- Promote products and provide basic overviews to attendees
- Book appointments and generate leads
- Maintain a professional appearance throughout events
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth setup
- Engage with passersby to draw them into the booth
- Explain product features and benefits
- Secure entry forms or schedule in-home consultations
- Collect and submit daily leads to the Event Coordinator
