Event Show Demonstrator / Brand Ambassador
About The Position
With more than 25 years in business, We are one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We specialize in custom bath solutions that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free — improving the homes and lives of the customers we serve. We are currently seeking a high-energy, outgoing Brand Ambassador / Event Demonstrator to represent us inside Sam's Club and surrounding event locations. This is a customer-facing role focused on generating quality leads and booking in-home consultation appointments. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a retail environment, this is a great opportunity. Compensation: Hourly pay + performance-based bonus for quality appointments booked.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with shoppers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Staff and represent our brand inside Sam’s Club
- Proactively engage shoppers and spark conversations
- Promote our bath remodeling products and provide basic product information
- Book Free In-Home Consultation appointments
- Collect contest entries and sales leads
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth display
- Submit daily leads to the Event Coordinator
- Represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times
