About The Position
Aramark is hiring Event Setup & Teardown Team Members to support overnight operations at Daikin Park. This role is responsible for setting up and breaking down equipment, furniture, staging, and event configurations after Houston Astros games, concerts, and large-scale stadium events. If you’re looking for hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced professional sports environment, this is an excellent opportunity. Schedule 11:00 PM start time Event-based schedule following Astros home games and major events Nights, weekends, and holidays required Shift length varies based on event needs
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
- Adaptable to guests’ needs
Responsibilities
- Setting up tables, chairs, staging, barricades, and event equipment
- Breaking down event configurations after games and concerts
- Moving and repositioning furniture and operational equipment
- Assisting with floor layout transitions between events
- Supporting operations teams with venue conversions
- Ensuring all setups meet safety and operational standards
- Working efficiently to meet event turnaround deadlines
