About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Event Setup Staff to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the successful execution of various events. As part of our event setup crew, you will be responsible for preparing venues by arranging furniture, setting up stages, audio-visual equipment, decorations, and ensuring that all materials are in place before the event begins

Requirements

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in event setup or related roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Unload and transport event equipment, furniture, and materials to the designated venue areas.
Assemble and arrange tables, chairs, stages, and other structures according to event layouts.
Set up audio-visual equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, and lighting.
Decorate event spaces with banners, signage, flowers, and other decorative elements as specified.
Ensure that all safety guidelines and venue regulations are followed during setup.
Coordinate with event managers and other staff to address last-minute changes or requirements.
