Both properties are located in the heart of beautiful downtown Portland, offering a dynamic and vibrant setting to grow your hospitality career. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door with hotel events and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, full-service environment. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our clients while they are on property—ensuring seamless execution, exceptional service, and memorable event experiences. What will I be doing? As Event Services Manager you are responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. You will be required to ensure a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. Serve as the event planner's primary contact following turnover on property and is responsible for his/her experience.
