The Event Server reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage with oversight from the Banquet Captains. As Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during events such as weddings, corporate functions, galas, and other special occasions. Your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of hospitality. The Event Server schedule is on-call, making it a great secondary position for extra money! We are looking to hire multiple individuals. We are generally looking for evening and weekend availability, however, we are also looking for one person with daytime availability.

  • Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications.
  • Greet guests and respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Serve plated meals, family meals, buffets, beverages, and desserts with accuracy and attention to timing.
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event.
  • Assist with event breakdown and reset as needed.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event coordination teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Passion for the People, Place and Culture of our community, love of Restaurants and Guest Service also required
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain Server Certification within 30-days of hire
  • Must meet local age requirements in order to serve alcohol
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally
