Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

  • Experience in sales and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of sales objectives and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, lead and support events, including evening and weekend events, and will travel within an assigned market to conduct events.
  • Serve as the sales point of contact for company in association with assigned events, manage handoffs post-event, and assist with troubleshooting and/or resolving newly acquired customer concerns.
  • Generate new subscribers through events that are either initiated or attended by the company.
  • Display thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, and mobile.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned market and event activities.
  • Effectively communicate and develop rapport with consumer prospects and property staff when events are associated with multi-dwelling units.
  • Evaluate competitive offers and frame responses to show the benefits of the company.
  • Assist in execution of events and provide support, including coordination and logistics of an event, planning, negotiation and execution of events.
  • Use experience and skills to tailor events based on the profile of the community in which the event is held.
  • Independently build customer relationships and manage the status of leads for future engagement.
  • Initiate a handoff to Comcast Business for small business prospects who are identified during an event as needed.
