  • Attend and represent the company at community events to book meetings with homeowners and promote services.
  • Set up and break down event booths, including tents, tables, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Engage professionally and confidently with event attendees to communicate service offerings.
  • Track leads and event performance through basic digital tools.
  • Must own a 4 -door vehicle or larger capable of transporting event materials.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage booth setup independently.
  • Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for long periods.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, events, or customer -facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and proactive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools preferred.
  • Weekend availability required; occasional weekday and holiday shifts based on event schedule.
  • Access to a computer for virtual meetings, onboarding, and reporting.
