What You'll Be Doing As a PepRep , you'll be the on-site ambassador of PepWear — setting up shop, engaging with customers, and ensuring our event operations shine. Your key responsibilities include: Transporting merchandise and event equipment to venues Setting up and breaking down mobile retail booths (tents, tables, registers, etc.) Selling custom-designed t-shirts, plaques, and memorabilia Supervising a small event team (1–5 assistants) Tracking sales, reporting expenses, and managing fund Why Join Us?
