About The Position

The Event Sales Representative is responsible for increasing active subscribers and product penetration in assigned multi-dwelling properties by selling and promoting Comcast's products, including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. This role involves executing promotions and events, managing customer relationships, and enhancing the customer experience through effective communication and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and promotional activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers in the assigned area.
  • Manage contracts for accounts and provide client services support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns to enhance the customer experience.
  • Add new residential customer services during community events.
  • Display thorough knowledge of competitive products and pricing.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned territory and event activities.
  • Utilize retention techniques to retain existing customers.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and property staff.
  • Evaluate residents' product needs and make recommendations.
  • Increase understanding of company products and competitive advantages among residents and property staff.
  • Review company bills with residents and explain billing procedures.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events and marketing support.
  • Conduct marketing assessments and customize marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with personnel to create promotional assets and execute strategies.
  • Support the sales team by reviewing promotional sales and attending property meetings.
