About The Position

The AMS Marketing Executive position is a full-time role that pays a base wage of $19.90 per hour, with additional production pay. The annual pay range, including base wages and production pay, is expected to be between $21,000 and $76,600. The position requires availability to attend events throughout Sacramento County, with varying schedules that may include afternoons, nights, and weekends. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is currently being offered, with $500 paid after 45 days of employment and another $500 after 6 months. The role involves promoting the Hyatt Vacation Club® Program at various events and off-property locations.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending events and at off-site locations such as shopping malls and airports.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
