Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales (Sales management and Multi-unit sales are a plus!)
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Data-centric.
  • Leadership skills (ability to inspire, motivate, and help lead a team).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events.
  • Learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to clients.
  • Meet (nay, exceed) individual sales KPIs.
  • Stay organized while working with a large rolodex of clients and multiple venues.
  • Master the virtual office multitasking: juggle pipeline, assigned office tasks, and meetings.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, working alongside Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales.
  • Plan events and coordinate details until the day of the party.
  • Manage client relationships during and after the event with retention efforts.
