The Event Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling and coordinating events, including meetings, banquets, conferences, weddings, and social functions. This role works closely with clients throughout the sales and planning process-from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up-to ensure a seamless and successful experience that aligns with the hotel's service standards. This is a proactive sales role requiring strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, experience in event or catering sales, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
