About The Position

As the Event Sales Manager at FatCats, you'll be the sales engine of the center, driving revenue through relationships, community partnerships, and creative outreach. From corporate events to school celebrations and birthdays, you'll own the full sales cycle by prospecting, closing, and ensuring every event exceeds expectations. Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in event sales, hospitality, or entertainment sales management
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and revenue goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing pipelines and accounts using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A self-starter who thrives on relationship building and creative problem solving
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • High level of emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as events require

Responsibilities

  • Building partnerships and driving sales growth for all events within your center
  • Connecting with schools, local businesses, community leaders, and organizations to position FatCats as the go-to venue for celebrations of every kind
  • Driving event revenue by prospecting, building pipelines, and closing sales for birthdays, corporate groups, schools, fundraisers, and nonprofit events
  • Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with schools, churches, sports teams, and local businesses
  • Managing the full sales process including outreach, proposals, contracts, and post-event follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborating with the center's leadership and food and beverage teams to execute exceptional guest experiences
  • Developing weekday and off-peak sales strategies to maximize utilization
  • Using CRM tools to track performance and measure success
  • Coaching and inspiring your event sales team to deliver excellence at every stage of the guest journey
