Event Sales Manager

BatboxAddison, TX
$70,000 - $80,000Onsite

About The Position

Whether you're stepping into one of our flagship venues or swinging at a licensed partner location, you're part of something bigger. Batbox is where real gameplay meets real connection. Powered by cutting-edge tech and a passion for play, we’re building a baseball ecosystem that brings people together across cities, countries, and continents. The plate is yours - step up and own it. Based in our flagship Batbox location in Addison, Texas and reporting to the General Manager (with a dotted line to the VP of Marketing), we’re looking for an Event Sales Manager who knows how to build relationships, close business, and bring energy to every interaction. This is a role for someone who thrives on momentum - someone who is just as comfortable building a pipeline as they are closing a deal and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll play a key role in driving event sales at Batbox, owning the full sales cycle from first touchpoint through to execution, and helping us build a reputation as the go-to destination for group experiences. We’re specifically looking for someone who has experience with event sales in a sportstainment or experience-driven environment - for example, Topgolf, Main Event, Puttshack, or similar. You know how to sell where play, food, and beverage come together, and how that differs from traditional hotel or fine dining event sales.

  • You're skilled at using office program suites such as Google for business
  • You are a positive force on the team who engages with empathy and fosters a supportive, respectful and fun environment
  • You calmly sail through stressful moments, creating a positive atmosphere for the team and guests
  • You will be frequently walking, standing or sitting, and may be involved in lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds.
