About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a related field with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management related to event expenses.
  • Familiarity with event management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution to ensure successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and sponsors throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage proposals, contracts, and budgets in alignment with client objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and logistics during each event.
  • Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting issues as they arise to enhance participant experience
