As an Event Coordinator at Engine, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving group travel bookings by proactively managing inbound leads, coordinating logistics, and building strong client relationships. This role combines sales development with hands-on customer support, requiring a self-driven approach to engage clients, solve challenges, and deliver a seamless booking experience. You’ll partner closely with Group Sales Managers and Customer Success teams to guide prospects and clients from initial inquiry through booking completion, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
