About The Position

Unilux Brand We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the planning and execution of various events, from corporate conferences to private celebrations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales process, ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to contract signing and follow-up.
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of events.
  • Maintain a CRM database to track leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Provide clients with detailed proposals and quotations based on their event needs.
