About The Position
Elevate is supporting Fanatics, the official operator of retail merchandise for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. We're building an event retail team to support in-stadium and Fan Festival retail operations across multiple host cities during the tournament. This role puts you at the center of the action, supporting world-class merchandise operations and delivering a great fan experience during one of the biggest sporting events on the planet.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, crowded environments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability for event days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Offers are contingent upon client interview approval
- Background check required
- Event accreditation required
- Full availability during the assigned event dates is expected
- Final schedules and hours to be confirmed closer to the event
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged for fan-facing roles
Responsibilities
- Support retail setup, merchandising, and daily operations
- Stock, tag, and organize merchandise for optimal presentation
- Operate POS systems and assist with transactions
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service in high-volume settings
- Maintain store standards throughout event days
- Additional duties may be assigned based on event needs.
