We are a tight-knit team dedicated to amplifying the impact of nonprofit organizations and social impact companies. Our mission is to spread awareness and build community support for our partners through interactive, hands-on outreach events. As our organization grows, we are seeking a forward-thinking Event Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team of outreach specialists.
This role is perfect for someone outgoing, energetic, and passionate about engaging with the community. Youll receive hands-on training in event planning, campaign execution, and public engagement, while playing a key role in promoting our charitable partners missions.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, nonprofit work, fundraising, or event promotions.
• Outgoing, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong public speaking skills and the ability to connect with audiences of all sizes.
• Passion for making a difference in the community and promoting charitable causes.

Responsibilities

• Begin each day reviewing updates on our nonprofit partners, their missions, and program progress.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure all event and promotional tasks are understood and executed flawlessly.
• Represent our nonprofit partners at community outreach events, engaging audiences one-on-one and in groups.
• Deliver presentations to inform and educate community members about charitable programs and initiatives.
• Collect and properly document donations, ensuring all contributions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain follow-up communication with donors to keep them informed about program outcomes and impact.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues as needed while sharing your own expertise.
• Set up displays, merchandise, and promotional materials for events, ensuring a professional and welcoming presentation.
