About The Position

The Event Production Manager is responsible for translating an accounts vision into well-designed, high-impact events across the Silver Hill Collective. This role serves as the primary creative and strategic lead for produced events, partnering with clinical leadership, business development, and marketing to shape event concepts, structure, content flow, and experience design. The Event Production Manager owns event vision, structure, content, and run-of-show, while collaborating closely with the Marketing and Events Coordinator, Digital Marketing, and contracted creative partners for execution. The anticipated annual scope includes 3–4 multi-day conferences, 2 multi-day trainings, and up to monthly virtual webinars. This position can be based out of our Arlington, MA or New York, NY office location.

Requirements

  • Proven experience producing conferences, training, or educational events in healthcare, education, or professional services.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, engaging event narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort collaborating with senior clinical leaders and external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong project-planning instincts.
  • Creative thinker with practical execution sensibility.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and defined scopes.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise directly with internal clients to capture event goals, audience, and clinical vision.
  • Translate client vision into a clear event plan, including purpose, audience, format, content arc, and success criteria.
  • Develop event themes, session structure, and experiential flow.
  • Work with clients on event copywriting (event descriptions, agendas, speaker briefs).
  • Provide creative direction to the Digital Marketing Manager and/or contracted designers.
  • Develop and manage the run of show for live and virtual events.
  • Serve as the central creative and programmatic point person for speakers and co-hosts.
  • Ensure events align with brand positioning while honoring each program’s distinct voice.
  • Partner with Business Development to integrate events into broader relationship-building and referral strategy.
  • Lead post-event debriefs and collaborate on post-event reporting and follow-up strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing and Event Coordinator on budgets, CE accreditation, and vendor management.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager on promotion, registration pages, and post-event content repurposing.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to frame event priorities, set strategic guardrails, and sequence events in support of broader go-to-market goals.
  • Participate in post-event evaluations with the Director of Marketing to assess outcomes, capture learnings, and inform future programming.
