Concept Plus is seeking an Event Producer to provide production support to customer scheduled web events, hosted on MS Teams and other web conferencing platforms.
Requirements
3+ years experience working on web based event production support
Experience using MS365 tools
Experience using enterprise data analytics tools such as Tableau, QLIK
Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow
US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a government Public Trust
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate DAU virtual events using MS Teams, Teams Live, Zoom, WebEx, and other collaboration tools; conduct rehearsals with hosts and presenters.
Manage event logistics by maintaining accurate details in DAU systems (DAU.edu calendar, DAU365 Events SharePoint) and posting updates or supporting materials as needed.
Provide technical support before and during live sessions, including connectivity checks, browser optimization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with the DAU Service Desk when required.
Monitor ongoing events by moderating chats, assisting with screen sharing, managing participant controls, and ensuring smooth delivery of presentations.
Capture and maintain participant data, compile registration lists, generate reports, and share questions and feedback with organizers to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to the event production community by answering questions, providing guidance, and sharing best practices.
