Overview
Under the general supervision of the AV & Broadcast Manager the Event Presentation Crew will be responsible for operating the control room during all sporting events and other special events. The position will be part-time, hourly and personnel should be available to work: days and nights, including weekends and holidays.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00-$23.00.

This position will remain open until April 10, 2026.

Requirements

• High School or better in Higher and Adult Education. Required
• Minimum one year work experience in professional live event production required.
• Willingness to follow established procedures
• Demonstrate ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to find solutions and solve problems as they arise
• Experience with the following: Ross Switchers and equipment, Click Effects ProAudio and Video Playback, EVS, IPTV, Daktronics etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for in-game production by performing tasks necessary to fulfill sponsorship requirement(s), and show/event needs
• Provide daily ideas for new and creative ways to entertain the crowd during live games
• Ability to run multiple positions within the control room
• Perform related duties as assigned
• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
